How Do I make Changes To My Order? 

We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed + shipped as quickly as possible.

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to make adjustments to your shipping address or process a cancelation dependent on the fulfillment stage of your order.

If your order has shipped- then unfortunately we are NOT able to make any changes as the order has already left our warehouse.

Do Gift Cards Expire?

Our eGift Cards never expire.

How Do I Initiate a Return?

100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 10 days to return your item(s) to be granted a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges.

To initiate a return, please click the "RETURNS" link in the footer of the homepage. 


We appreciate your patience as we are experiencing shipping delays and supply chain challenges due to the pandemic. We offer standard shipping through USPS which usually takes 2-4 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will receive and email confirmation containing your tracking number. 
We only ship within the US at this time.

Pisces Obsession is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. If for some reason your package is missing, we suggest contacting your local post office responsible for delivering your mail immediately. If no solution is found, we suggest opening a missing mail claim with USPS.
